Beginners:
In this beach volleyball beginners course we will learn the basics of beach volleyball. From digging to hitting, we will practice the techniques to create a nice flow and an exciting game. The framework, rules and techniques are slightly different from indoor volleyball. However, the fun factor is definitely the same.
Advanced Course:
The advanced course is for people who have already had some experience with (beach) volleyball and have mastered the basic techniques such as digging and hitting as well as serving. The goal is to further develop these skills and, among other things, to learn how to attack in the sand.
Advanced:
You want to strengthen your already existing beach volleyball skills in the summer? Then the beach volleyball course for advanced players is just right for you!
We will deepen the basic techniques and learn different attacking strokes (rainbow, cut, line, cross), strokes (float, topspin), as well as how to play with a block.
The prerequisite for this course is the confident mastery of receiving (digging) and passing (hitting), as well as statements from above and attacks from the jump.
Performance Course:
The Beach Volleyball Performance Course offers you the opportunity to play together with other students at a high level.
The course is for players who are very confident in the basic techniques and can also handle various blocking situations (line, cross), serve (float, topspin), and different attacking strokes (cut, rainbow, etc.).
