Mobility Training
Joint maintenance and mobility are essential for healthy body function, helping prevent injuries and lowering the risk of long-term degenerative issues. In this course, you will work on and improve your Range of Motion (ROM) - your joints’ ability to move smoothly through their full spectrum of movements.
We begin each session with Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) for the major joints of the body (spine, shoulders, scapula, wrists, hips, knees, ankles, and toes). We then move into targeted mobility exercises using bodyweight or light weights. Some sessions finish with a short flow sequence to integrate everything and enhance body awareness.
