Originally born out of informal university karate sessions, the Saturday class has evolved into an open training session for everyone. While rooted in Japanese karate, the training incorporates the instructors' experience in other martial arts—such as elements of Filipino Modern Arnis and Chinese Wing Tsun.
The sessions are further enhanced by:
Exercises for coordination, balance, and body structure. Strengthening self-defense skills. Developing striking power through pad work.
