Volleyball
Beginners
In this course, you can learn to play volleyball from scratch. No prior experience is necessary. You will be taught the sport's fundamental techniques while having plenty of fun. Forearm passing (digging) and overhead passing (setting) are covered, as is learning how to organize a play sequence.
Intermediate Course
To participate in the intermediate course, the following are required: mastery of basic techniques, an understanding of 6-on-6 gameplay, and, of course, a love for volleyball.
Intermediate Course (FLINTA*):
This course is exclusively for FINTA* individuals. Play takes place at the women's net height.
Advanced Intermediate Course:
This course introduces the "setter rotation" system (specialized player positions). Proficiency in basic techniques (setting, digging, and attacking/hitting) is required.
Advanced Course
This course is aimed at dedicated volleyball players who want to further deepen their on-court skills and prepare for a more challenging level of play. A solid command of setting, digging, and attacking is required (approximately 1–3 years of playing experience). The course aims to deepen understanding of the setter rotation system (6-on-6), teach new skills, and improve ball control, with the ultimate goal of potentially moving up to the competitive/performance course.
Technical Refinement
This course provides a space for advanced or competitive volleyball players to consolidate their fundamental techniques. The focus is on digging, setting, blocking, defense, etc., rather than match play.
Performance Course (Women's Height: 2.24m) FLINTA*
This course takes place in close cooperation with the "Performance Course (Men's Height: 2.42m)." This course aims to further develop and challenge FLINTA* individuals who already have some volleyball experience. The course will also include mixed-gender sessions in collaboration with the other advanced course.
Performance Course (Men's Net Height: 2.42m)
This course will take place in close cooperation with the "Performance Course (Women's Net Height: 2.24m)." It aims to further develop and challenge individuals who already have some volleyball experience. The course will also include mixed-gender sessions in collaboration with the other advanced course.
Both advanced courses require the following:
Consistent overhand serve
Consistent reception (passing to the setter)
Varied attacking options
Reliable setting to teammates
Important: You must have booked a volleyball card for the free playing groups and can then register for the individual appointments! If you do not have a volleyball card, your individual bookings will be deleted! Likewise, the volleyball card alone is not sufficient to simply participate in appointments without having booked them.
