Wir mixen alles mögliche, was aus Lateinamerika und der Karibik kommt! Du liebst die Power aus Reggaeton und den Booty und das Twerking aus Dancehall? Mir ist wichtig, nicht nur unser Körpergefühl zu erweitern und neue Bewegungen zu erforschen, sondern auch die Geschichte hinter den Tänzen zu kennen und was sie emotional und kulturell bedeuten oder bedeutet haben. Für mich persönlich: was bedeuten diese Tänze für meinen Körper? Was für Bilder geben sie vor? Womit brechen sie?
Tanzen ist politisch und ich freue mich, wenn wir die ein oder anderen Dinge hinterfragen. Natürlich kommt das Tanzen, die Kreativität und das Choreo kreieren nicht zu kurz! Ich freue mich auf euch!
Tanzerfahrung begrüße ich sehr, als Anfänger*in kannst du dich aber natürlich gerne herausfordern lassen :) Alle Geschlechter sind willkommen!
Achtung: Dieser Kurs startet erst am 23.04. Daher entfällt für diesen Kurs das Testival!
We mix everything that comes from Latin America and the Caribbean! Do you love the power of Reggaeton and the booty-shaking and twerking from Dancehall? For me, it's important not only to expand our body awareness and explore new movements, but also to understand the history behind the dances and what they mean or have meant emotionally and culturally. Personally, I ask: what do these dances mean for my body? What kind of images do they evoke? What do they challenge or break?
Dancing is political, and I look forward to questioning certain things with you. Of course, dancing, creativity, and choreography creation won’t be neglected! I'm excited to see you all!
Previous dance experience is highly welcomed, but as a beginner, you're absolutely welcome to challenge yourself :) All genders are welcome!
