KICKBOXING
Beginner: Kickboxing is a combat sport based on respect and mutual appreciation. In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of technique, endurance, and self-defense. Additionally, targeted strength training will help you execute movements safely. Sparring is not part of this course; instead, the focus is on pad work with a partner.
If you already have prior experience or want to progress, you can join the Kickboxing: Intermediate course. For more advanced participants, the Kickboxing: Advanced course is available.
This course is taught in German or English, depending on the needs of the participants. Please come barefoot and bring – if available – martial arts equipment, a mouthguard, a jump rope, and plenty of water.
Advanced: Welcome to the Advanced Kickboxing course – here, you can fully develop and enhance your skills!
Requirements:
Solid knowledge of kickboxing or a comparable martial art (e.g., hand and footwork, stance).
Sparring is a regular part of this course. However, participation is entirely voluntary – you decide if you want to take part. Most training sessions will consist of intense pad work with a partner to improve technique, speed, and precision.
If you are new to kickboxing, you should start with the Kickboxing: Beginner course. If you already have experience but are not yet ready for the Advanced level, the Kickboxing: Intermediate course is a great option.
This course is taught in German or English, depending on the needs of the participants. Please come barefoot and bring – if available – martial arts equipment, a mouthguard, a jump rope, and plenty of water.
