Acrobatics / Acro Yoga Level 1 & 2
Acro Yoga combines yoga, partner acrobatics, and Thai massage. Learn balance, strength, and trust in a playful way – no prior experience needed. Come fly with us and discover movement in a new way!
This course is suitable for everyone – no previous experience required! If you already have some experience and would like to build on it, you are also very welcome.
In each session we start with a focused warm-up of about 15–20 minutes before moving into the training. We explain individual positions and the necessary techniques while always paying attention to safety. Fun remains an important part of the class, so we often incorporate playful elements.
If you already master common washing machines with ease and want to take your skills to the next level, feel free to sign up for Level 3 & 4.
Acrobatics / Acro Yoga Level 3 & 4
Learn new flows, washing machines, pops, whips, and icarians! Train strength and balance while refining your technique and teamwork – together we’ll take your skills to the next level.
This course is designed for people who already have some experience with Acro Yoga. The format is more open, giving you the space to train at your own level with our guidance.
The warm-up is more challenging and focuses on strengthening AcroYoga-specific muscles (15–25 minutes). After the warm-up, we provide an input or theme, but you are free to choose what you would like to work on. We observe your technique and support you with targeted feedback on both technique and teamwork.
Prerequisites: You should already know and be comfortable with the common positions and washing machines (in your preferred role as flyer or base), such as four step, ninja turn/star, low foot-to-hand, side-star, and star. This usually means at least one year of Acro Yoga experience.
If you’re unsure about your level, come by for a trial session and we can decide together which course suits you best.
