QiGong - Ba Duan Jin / Eight Brocades Workshop
The Eight Brocade Exercises (Ba Duan Jin 八段锦), which are among the classical forms of Qigong, are known for their positive effects on both body and mind. The exercises are relatively easy to learn and help practitioners develop greater stability in stance, mobility, and flexibility. They strengthen the back muscles and promote concentration, as well as harmony between body and mind.
In this course, the new version of Ba Duan Jin will be taught, which was developed in 2003 by an official team of experts commissioned by the Chinese government.
