Rope Skipping
verantwortlich: Clara Ehring

Rope Skipping

Rope skipping is a sport in its own right that has evolved from rope skipping and goes beyond normal jumping such as in the school playground or as a warm-up.
There are various jumps that include both athletic and dance elements. Rope skipping trains endurance and leg muscles as well as coordination and a sense of rhythm.
During the course, participants learn and try out new tricks in single-line jumping. These are then incorporated into short choreographies with suitable music. Jumping with several ropes is also practiced in the group in various constellations.

The course is suitable for different levels and also for people with no previous experience, as the level of difficulty can be easily adapted.
