In this class, you can expect one full hour of self-awareness through dynamic, powerful and challenging movement sequences from the Awakening Vinyasa Yoga System. Connect to your body & breath, access the power within you and get to know yourself better. Awakening Yoga is a modern yoga system designed to honour the ritual of traditional yoga asana (the physical practice) and combine it with a functional, creative approach to the poses and sequences. The course is suitable for you if you have been practising Vinyasa Yoga before and would like to try something new. If you have never practised Vinyasa you are very welcome as well but know that a good base of flexibility, overall strength and body awareness will be needed to follow along.
