Acrobatics

Laughing together, being upside down disoriented while trusting others to hold you, the fun of movement; the joy of seeing a figure work for the first time, the adrenaline of jumping over your shadow the first time you attempt an element, carrying another person and twirling them around, and always new communication experiences. All of these things and more make acrobatics classes what they are.

Acrobatics (all skill levels)
Everyone who wants to do acrobatics together - no matter if with or without previous experience - is welcome to join in and let off steam!
Since different levels come together in this class, we will split up the main part of the training and try to pick you up individually at your skill level. This means either teaching you the basics or giving you inspiration for new figures and sequences, as well as feedback. The focus will be mainly on partner acrobatics and acroyoga.

The structure of the training is a joint warm-up, individual acrobatics training in small groups and finally some strength and body tension training or joint stretching.

Advanced Course:
Participants should already have some prior experience in partner acrobatics or AcroYoga.
