Kickboxing and Self-Defense
For beginners: (Oliver)
Kickboxing is a martial art based on respect and cooperation. Technique, endurance, strength and self-defense are all combined. For beginners, the basics are taught, for advanced students, the training is adapted to their level of performance. However, advanced students are recommended to join the "Muay Thai & Kickboxing Intermediate". Self-defense and strengthening of self-confidence are also an important part of the training. In addition, there is the necessary strength training, so that you can implement the appropriate movement sequences well. Sparring will be omitted from this course for the time being. Instead, there will be prat partner work.
Come barefoot and bring (if available) martial arts equipment, mouth guard, a jump rope and enough water.
Intermediate: (Oliver)
Welcome to the intermediate kickboxing course! In this intermediate course you will deepen and strengthen your skills in this martial art. As you know, in this sport we not only learn respect, but also build mental and physical strength that will accompany you inside and outside the course. Prerequisite for the course: Basic knowledge of kickboxing or a similar martial art (handwork, footwork, posture, etc.) The course will be held in German, but an English translation can also be provided.
Come barefoot and bring (if available) martial arts equipment, mouth protection, a skipping rope and enough water.
For advanced students: (Leo)
Advanced kickboxing is a course aimed at participants with basic knowledge of kickboxing or similar sports. This course develops and refines the techniques you have learned. You will learn advanced boxing and kicking techniques that you can use in combinations. The training also includes sandbag and punching bag training to improve your reflexes, speed and strength.
