Vom 3. bis 7. Juni 2024 veranstaltet der Arbeitskreis Gesundheit für alle Leuphana Beschäftigten eine Gesunde Woche zum Thema "gesundLEBEN: Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden in jeder Lebensphase". Über die gesamte Woche erwartet Sie ein buntes Programm rund um Bewegung, Ernährung und Resilienz. (Einleitungstext fehlt noch)

Beschäftigte der Leuphana können an einem der Angebote der GESUNDEN WOCHE während der Arbeitszeit teilnehmen. Dies gilt unabhängig von der Dauer der Veranstaltung. Eine Teilnahme an weiteren Angeboten ist natürlich möglich, muss jedoch außerhalb der Arbeitszeit wahrgenommen werden. Bitte sprechen Sie die Teilnahme mit Ihren Vorgesetzten ab.

From June 3th to 7th, 2024, the Health Working Group is organizing a Healthy Week for all Leuphana employees on the theme of "...". Throughout the week, you can expect a colorful program around exercise, nutrition and resilience. Get advice on how to best ergonomically adjust your bike during a bike fitting. Pass your paddle readiness test to use kayaks and canoes at the University Sports Center in the future. Get tips on what foods to include in a healthy bread box for your next hike. Or try out relaxation methods in the fresh air. We look forward to seeing you!

Leuphana employees can participate in one of the HEALTHY WEEK offerings during working hours. This applies regardless of the duration of the event. Participation in other offers is of course possible, but must be taken outside of working hours. Please agree upon participation with your supervisors.
