EMOTIONAL RELEASE BREATHWORK WORKSHOP
In this workshop, I invite you to a guided breath journey where you can access your emotions and inner processes through your breath. Emotional Release Breathwork is a powerful method for gently releasing stress, inner tension, and suppressed feelings, and for reconnecting more deeply with yourself and your body.
At the beginning of the workshop, there will be a short introduction to emotions, the nervous system, and the effects of deep, connected breathing. You will learn how emotions manifest in the body, the role our nervous system plays, and the benefits that conscious breathwork can have for our emotional and mental well-being.
Afterwards, I will guide you through a breathing session, during which you will lie comfortably on a mat and be led step by step through connected breathing. Music will support the process and help you immerse yourself more deeply in your experience. The breath can help set emotions in motion, promote inner clarity, and give your nervous system space for release and regulation.
Each breath journey is unique—you are invited to follow your own process in a safe and mindfully held space.
After the breathing phase, there will be time to reflect on and integrate the experience. The workshop is suitable for everyone, even without prior experience.
