QIGONG - WUDANG QIGONG
In this Qigong course, I will focus on the movements of Wudang Qigong. I had the opportunity to study this harmonious and graceful form, with its slow and easy-to-learn movements, in 2025 with the Chinese master Huaxiang Su.
The movements calm the body and mind, allow the energy—“Qi”—to flow, and in this way nourish the organs.
This Qigong class could become your break from everyday university life during the summer semester and refresh you for your next activities.
In good weather, we will also practice outdoors under a large tree, by arrangement.
I look forward to welcoming many participants who are interested in this Chinese art of movement.
No prior experience in Qigong is required to participate.
You will need light clothing, soft trainers, or non-slip socks.
