TaiJi - Yang-Style Taijiquan Workshop
In this introductory course to Yang-style Taijiquan, hand techniques and basic steps—including correct execution and proper coordination—are taught through a sequence of movements. A particular focus is placed on conveying the correct execution of movements and proper coordination. In this way, participants acquire a set of exercises that they can practice independently. The course is based on the form of Yang-style Taijiquan established by Grandmaster Yang Chengfu and follows the style of execution of Master Yang Zhenhe from Guangfu, Yongnian, the place of origin of Yang-style Taijiquan.
