Awakening Vinyasa Yoga

In this class we will take a slightly different approach to the traditional Vinyasa yoga practice or Vinyasa Asana. We will prepare ourselves for powerful, flowing sequences by dynamically mobilising ourselves and at the same time becoming more attuned to our breathing. At the end of the class we find our way back to calm through relaxing, longer stretches and twists which prepare us for the final relaxation, Shavasana. Look forward to creative, challenging sequences as well as plenty of time and space to get a little closer to yourself and your body!
