Barbell Training
You are looking for a challenge and want to become strong, athletic and fit together with others? - Then our barbell training is just right for you!
In our barbell class, you'll complete a full-body workout that focuses on moderate weights and a high number of repetitions. Exercises such as rowing and deadlifts strengthen your back muscles, squats and lunges train your legs, and push-ups and biceps curls challenge your upper body muscles.
To great music, you'll work every muscle, strengthen your core muscles, improve your strength endurance and get stronger. Each class is a new challenge for yourself and you'll leave motivated and wanting more!
