I design my Inner Flow yoga classes with the intention of supporting my students in nurturing a deep and authentic connection to themselves and their bodies. This connection is created by opening a protected space and instructing a practice of conscious breathing, flowing movements and individual mindfulness within one's body. Mindfulness and self-awareness are strengthened through moments of pause. For me, every yoga class begins with setting a personal intention, a short meditation and ends with deep relaxation. My yoga class is aimed at students with their own yoga practice and curious beginners. I base each class on a theme that is personally close to my heart.
