K-Pop ist die Abkürzung für “Korean Popular Music” und kommt aus Südkorea, umfasst aber neben Musik z.B. auch Mode und natürlich Tanz. Durch die diversen Einflüsse und Elemente verschiedener Tanzstile (z.B. Hip-Hop, Commercial, Modern, Contemporary usw.) bieten K-Pop Choreos TänzerInnen Abwechslung, Vielfalt und Freiraum für individuelle Interpretation und Ausdruck. Gleichzeitig zeichnet sich K-Pop durch das schnelle und präzise Ausführen von Bewegungen und komplexe Aufstellungen (= Formationen) aus, weshalb Du auf jeden Fall Tanzerfahrung - egal in welchem Bereich - mitbringen solltest. Über das Semester lernen wir gemeinsam vor allem Girl- aber auch Boy-group Choreos, die wir am Ende in Formationen tanzen.

K-Pop is the abbreviation for “Korean Popular Music” and comes from South Korea, but in addition to music it also includes fashion and, of course, dance. Thanks to the diverse influences and elements of different dance styles (e.g. hip-hop, commercial, modern, contemporary, etc.), K-pop choreography offers dancers variety, diversity and freedom for individual interpretation and expression. At the same time, K-Pop is characterized by the fast and precise execution of movements and complex set-ups (= formations), which is why you should definitely have dance experience - no matter in which area. Over the course of the semester, we will learn mainly girl but also boy-group choreos together, which we will dance in formations at the end.
