Qigong Special / TaiJi QiGong ShiBa Shi
Together with the Qigong provider “Kolibri Seminare Nordwest” we offer the course: 2nd series of Taiji Qigong with 18 episodes, according to Prof. Lin, the founder of this Qigongsystems.
Taiji Qigong is a very popular and widespread Qigong practice system that integrates many principles and figures of Taijiquan. The second series of exercises is very graceful, elegant and effective. The movements are characterized by harmony and softness. Some movements require a slightly increased ability to coordinate. They are also easy for beginners to learn.
Course instructor:
Foen Tjoeng Lie
born in 1948 in Indonesia, was trained in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Qigong and Taijiquan in Indonesia and China. He is the training manager of the Kolibri seminars for TCM, Qigong and Taijiquan and the author of several books on these topics. He was appointed visiting professor by the Guangxi College for TCM in Nanning, South China, for the period from 1999 to 2002.
Prerequisite for participation:
An average level of mobility (coordination skills) is required!
Course times:
Saturday: 09:00 - 12:30 and 14:30 - 18:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 13:00
